Have wanted to make great poached eggs for years, next days off i’m a cooking
I enjoyed the video of how to poach and egg! man they looked good…going to cook up a few when I get home.
This section says…”submit a comment”….but what about a question?? Maybe Andy has addressed this in the past, if so, I’m not sure where to find it. How do you know when to take action on something? Example…I’m building software for the first time, and I’ve met with 4 different companies but since there are so many unknowns with building a piece of software, how can I get to a place to feel confident enough to take action? Craig Groschel said….when you are at 80%-85%, then you should move. This is a simple equation and definitely helps, but I would love to hear how Andy addresses this issue.
Thanks for any help!!
