These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Andy Andrews Group (“Wisdom Harbour,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of wisdomharbour.com and the content, memberships, and services offered there (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. 1Who can hold an account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. Accounts for younger members of a household are created and managed by an adult account holder through the Family membership (see §3). Students never need an account to take part in a classroom that uses Wisdom Harbour (see §4). You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com if you think your account has been used without your permission. 2Memberships, billing, and refunds Wisdom Harbour offers the membership plans shown on our Plans page. Prices and what’s included are as listed there at the time you buy. All memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly Membership Your credit card will be charged on the same day every month until you cancel. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you may cancel your membership at any time and your membership will not renew. There are no refunds after the first 30 days. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Annual Membership Your credit card will be charged on the same month and day every year. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you may cancel your membership at any time and your membership will not renew. There are no refunds after the first 30 days. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Classroom Membership is an annual membership and follows the Annual Membership terms above. You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions, or by emailing WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect on your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we don’t store your full card number. Complimentary and school-provided accounts. Some accounts are provided at no charge — for example through the Wisdom Harbour Educational Fund or a participating school. These accounts follow these Terms, carry no billing, and may be ended by us, the school, or the Fund at any time. 3Individual and Family memberships — personal and household use Individual membership is for you. It may be signed in on up to two devices at a time. Family membership is for your household. The account holder may add up to three subaccounts for people who live in the same household; each person (including the account holder) may be signed in on up to two devices at a time. Subaccounts may only be created for members of your household. The account holder is responsible for the subaccounts they create, including any created for a minor, and the subaccounts end when the Family membership ends. Device limit. When you sign in from one device too many, the device you signed in on longest ago is automatically signed out — you’re never locked out; your devices just rotate. No account sharing. Sharing your sign-in details with anyone outside your household, or using one account for more than one household, isn’t allowed and may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled without refund. 4Classroom membership — classroom display license Classroom Membership is for one teacher. It includes a license to display Wisdom Harbour content to the students in the classes that teacher personally teaches, at one school, for the term of the membership. It may be signed in on up to three devices at a time (for example a classroom computer, a home computer, and a phone). Individual and Family memberships are licensed for personal and household use only. They do not include the right to display, stream, or distribute content to a class, group, or audience. If you’d like to use Wisdom Harbour in a classroom, please choose a Classroom Membership. Classroom sign-in details may not be shared with students or other staff. Schools wishing to provide access to several teachers or staff members should contact us at WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com or visit the Wisdom Harbour Educational Fund. 5What you can and can’t do with the content Everything on Wisdom Harbour — videos, audio, audiobooks, writing, images, and the design of the site itself — belongs to The Andy Andrews Group, Andy Andrews, or the contributors who created it, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream and read the content through the Service for as long as your membership is active, for the uses described in §3 and §4. You may not: download, record, screen-capture, copy, or save content except where the Service provides a download button for that purpose; re-post, re-upload, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, or otherwise redistribute content, in whole or in part, including on social media or video platforms; remove any copyright notice, watermark, or credit; use the content, or any contributor’s name or likeness, to promote any product, service, or cause without our written permission; use automated tools to scrape, index, or bulk-download the Service; attempt to bypass the paywall, device limits, or any other access control. Teachers with a Classroom Membership may additionally print or display any educator guides, discussion questions, or worksheets we provide for use with their own classes. 6Content you give us If you send us a comment, question, story, or other material (for example through the contact page or a Questions & Answers submission), you give us permission to use it on the Service and in our materials, with or without your name as you prefer, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We won’t share your contact details publicly. Please don’t send us anything confidential or anything you don’t own. 7Ending or suspending access You can cancel anytime (§2). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, and we may remove or change content, features, or plans at any time. If we end the Service entirely, or end your paid membership for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we’ll refund the unused portion of any prepaid term. 8Disclaimers and limits on liability Wisdom Harbour content is offered for education, inspiration, and entertainment. It isn’t professional advice of any kind — financial, legal, medical, or otherwise — and you should use your own judgment and consult a professional where appropriate. The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some states don’t allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you. 9Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, email active members. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. 10Other things These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Plans page are the whole agreement between us about the Service. Questions? WeCare@WisdomHarbour.comThe Andy Andrews Group · 4751 Main Street, Suite F213, Orange Beach, AL 36561 Part two Privacy Policy Effective October 16, 2026 Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information The Andy Andrews Group (“Wisdom Harbour,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use wisdomharbour.com and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to wisdomharbour.com; other sites we operate (such as andyandrews.com) have their own policies. 1What we collect Information you give us Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed — we can’t see it), and any profile details you add. Billing details: billing name and address. Your card details go directly to our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, and we never see or store your full card number. Household and classroom details: for Family memberships, the email addresses of the household members you add as subaccounts; for Classroom memberships, the class names, subjects, grade levels, and school year a teacher chooses to enter in the Teaching Log. We never ask for, and the Teaching Log has no place for, students’ names or any information about individual students. Messages: anything you send us through the contact page, email, or a submission form. Information collected automatically Account activity: sign-in dates, the number of devices signed in (so we can apply the device limits in our Terms), subscription status, and, for Classroom members, which pieces of content they’ve logged as shown or planned. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring links, collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies (see §4). Information from others Our payment processor tells us whether a payment succeeded. If you arrive through a promotion run by one of our marketing partners, we record which promotion you came from so we can measure it; we don’t receive personal information from the partner. 2How we use it To provide the Service: create and secure your account, process payments, apply device limits, deliver content, and run the Family and Classroom features. To communicate: send account and billing emails, the weekly member email, the educator email for Classroom members, and, if you’ve opted in, marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To improve the Service: understand which content and features are used and fix problems. To protect the Service and comply with law: prevent fraud and account sharing, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you. 3Who we share it with We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Wisdom Harbour, and only for that purpose: ProviderWhat they do for us Stripe and PayPalPayment processing WP Engine and CloudflareHosting, security, and content delivery BayEngageEmail delivery for member, educator, and marketing emails VimeoVideo streaming (Vimeo may set its own cookies when you play a video — see Vimeo’s privacy policy) GoogleUsage statistics (Google Analytics), and possibly showing our ads to people who have visited our site Meta (Facebook) PixelShowing our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site, and measuring how those ads perform Google reCAPTCHAProtecting our forms from spam and abuse We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of Wisdom Harbour, our members, or others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business (in which case this policy would still apply to your information). For school and Educational Fund accounts, we may tell the school or the Fund whether the accounts they’ve sponsored are active. We don’t share individual teachers’ Teaching Log entries with anyone. 4Cookies and similar technologies We use: Essential cookies that keep you signed in, remember your cart, and apply security settings. The Service doesn’t work without them. Attribution cookies on promotional landing pages, which remember for a short time which promotion you came from so we can measure it. Analytics and advertising cookies. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Google’s advertising tools, may use your visit to show you our ads on their platforms and to measure how those ads perform. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and control ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will keep you from signing in. 5How long we keep it We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. When a membership lapses, we keep the account (so you can come back and pick up where you left off) unless you ask us to delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Teaching Log data is kept with the teacher’s account so it’s available on renewal, and deleted when the account is deleted. Email engagement data lives with our email provider and is deleted when you’re removed from our lists. 6Children’s privacy Wisdom Harbour accounts are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. A parent or guardian may create a Family subaccount for a child in their household; the parent provides and controls that subaccount, and we use the child’s email address only to deliver the Service. In classrooms, students watch content a teacher displays — students don’t create accounts and we collect no information about them. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent’s consent, email WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com and we’ll delete it. 7Your choices and rights Access and update: your account details, billing address, and subaccounts are editable under My Account. Email: unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email. You’ll still receive account and billing emails while you have an account. Cancel: cancel your membership anytime under My Account → Subscriptions. Delete: email WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com to request deletion of your account and personal information. We’ll complete it within 30 days, except for records we’re required to keep. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise these rights, email WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com. Advertising: we don’t sell your personal information. When you visit our website, advertising tools from Meta (Facebook) and Google may note that visit so we can show you Wisdom Harbour ads on their platforms and see how those ads perform. Some state privacy laws call this “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, change your ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings or block third-party cookies in your browser, and email WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com with any questions. 8Security We protect your information with commercially reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, limited staff access, and reputable hosting and payment providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. 9Changes to this policy We’ll post any changes here with a new effective date, and email active members about material changes. 10Contact WeCare@WisdomHarbour.comThe Andy Andrews Group · 4751 Main Street, Suite F213, Orange Beach, AL 36561 (function(){ var nav = document.querySelector('.wh-tos-toc'); if (!nav) return; var det = nav.querySelector('.wh-tos-toc-det'); var wide = window.matchMedia('(min-width: 961px)'); function sync(){ if (wide.matches) det.open = true; det.classList.toggle('is-open', det.open); } det.addEventListener('toggle', function(){ det.classList.toggle('is-open', det.open); }); sync(); if (wide.addEventListener) wide.addEventListener('change', sync); var map = new Map(); nav.querySelectorAll('a').forEach(function(a){ map.set(a.getAttribute('href').slice(1), a); a.addEventListener('click', function(){ if (!wide.matches) det.open = false; }); }); if (!('IntersectionObserver' in window)) return; var current = null; var io = new IntersectionObserver(function(entries){ entries.forEach(function(e){ if (!e.isIntersecting) return; var a = map.get(e.target.id); if (!a) return; if (current) current.classList.remove('is-active'); a.classList.add('is-active'); current = a; }); }, { rootMargin: '-120px 0px -65% 0px' }); document.querySelectorAll('.wh-tos .wh-tos-anchor').forEach(function(h){ io.observe(h); }); })(); I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions * I would like to get notification about any change in my order via SMS. 10Contact WeCare@WisdomHarbour.comThe Andy Andrews Group · 4751 Main Street, Suite F213, Orange Beach, AL 36561
