The Ultimate Decision

Part 1: Do Something

This opening session invites you into a personal conversation, as if sitting across from Andy in his reading chair. He shares the journey that shaped his perspective—from losing his parents and living under a Gulf Coast pier to discovering principles that turn intention into action. With honesty and clarity, the stage is set for six parts of this program, beginning with “Do Something.” This introduction reminds us that no matter where we are today, we can still design the life we choose.

Discussion Questions:

1) When you think back to your younger years, what kind of life did you imagine for yourself?

2) In what ways do you feel you’ve “settled” versus intentionally chosen your current life?

3) How might shifting your mindset toward “the life you choose” impact the decisions you make today?

I have followed you for years and have enjoyed all of your books and stories. I have given your books to my adult children and grandchildren. My husband has one of your shirts. I am 83 years old and just like to keep up to date on your activity. You have been a real blessing and inspiration to me. I so often use your story in conversation with family and others. I hope that God continues to bless you and you continue your good work for many more years.

This is exactly where I am in life at the moment …..I don’t know exactly what to do, but I know there is more to life. My brain is on only a million different ideas, but I’m stuck and feel like I’m in a rut.
