Peace of Wisdom

By Andy Andrews

Did you know that quiet, meditative moments can make your brain bigger?

Well, maybe that’s a simplified explanation of what happens, but check this out…

Quiet thought over a period of time can actually increase the gray matter associated with emotions and concentration in your brain – and while it’s doing that, it’s actually decreasing the parts of your brain associated with stress.

If you’re interested in learning how to do this, don’t worry – you don’t have to move to the mountains or wear a robe…

Not all simple things are easy, but this one is. Beneficial breathing techniques are something you can do anywhere, any time.

Just sit down in a chair, relax as best you can, and breathe in and out slowly.  Close your eyes.

This is a process that will gently dust your mind, creating the perfect space for creativity.

It allows you to slow down.  To listen and feel… and find that connection that you knew all along was in your heart.

Today’s Peace of Wisdom can be found by taking a deep breath…and releasing it slowly.

I love the sunflowers on the wall behind Andy! It’s a beautiful picture. Deep breath, exhale slowly….
