Classroom Membership
$87
Per year, per classroom
Less than a classroom set of one paperback, for a whole year of films, conversations, audiobooks and readings.
The question every teacher asks
“Can’t I just use my own membership?”
Honestly — a lot of teachers have. And we would rather answer the question plainly than leave you guessing.
An Individual or Family membership is licensed for you and the people you live with. Showing a piece to thirty students is a different thing, and the licence doesn’t cover it. That isn’t a judgment about anyone’s intentions; it’s the same line that separates watching a film at home from screening it in a hall.
A Classroom Membership settles it in writing, and then gives you two things a personal membership was never built to do: a record of what you’ve taught with, and a second and third device so the classroom computer isn’t your only way in.
What’s included
Everything a membership opens, and three things only a classroom gets
No tier of content is held back. A Classroom Membership opens the same docks as every other plan — it just comes with the licence and the tools that a teacher actually needs.
Every dock, every week
Short films, audiobooks, conversations and readings from authors, chefs, musicians, comedians and people who were there. New pieces arrive on the Content Barge every week.
A classroom display licence
The written right to display Wisdom Harbour to the students in the classes you personally teach, for the term of your membership. The clause is below, in full.
Three devices, not two
The classroom computer, your laptop at home, and your phone. Sign in on a fourth and the oldest simply drops off — you’re never locked out in front of a room.
The Teaching Log
A record of what you showed, to which class, on what day — and a two-second answer to “did I already show this?” See how it works.
The Teaching Log
“Did I already show this one?”
By March, with four classes and a year of pieces behind you, that question is genuinely hard to answer. The Teaching Log answers it in two seconds, and keeps the record you’d otherwise be writing on a sticky note.

The answer, before you open anything
Everywhere pieces are listed — a dock, a search, the week’s new arrivals — the ones you’ve used carry a quiet marker. Scanning a dock tells you what’s fresh without clicking a thing.

When Listening Changes the Direction
Yours at the end of the year
Filter the log by class, dock, subject or date. Print it or download it as a spreadsheet for a folder, an evaluation or a department meeting. Start a new school year and last year’s record stays browsable — useful the following October, when you want to know what you did last time.
Nothing about your students, anywhere
The log records classes, not children. There is no field anywhere in Wisdom Harbour that accepts a student’s name, and students never need accounts of their own — you show the piece, the same as you’d show anything else on the board.
The licence
In plain English, and in the Terms
This is the whole of the classroom clause — not a summary of it. If a principal or a district asks what you’re licensed to do, this is the page to forward.
Classroom Membership is for one teacher. It includes a license to display Wisdom Harbour content to the students in the classes that teacher personally teaches, at one school, for the term of the membership. It may be signed in on up to three devices at a time (for example a classroom computer, a home computer, and a phone).
Individual and Family memberships are licensed for personal and household use only. They do not include the right to display, stream, or distribute content to a class, group, or audience. If you’d like to use Wisdom Harbour in a classroom, please choose a Classroom Membership.
Classroom sign-in details may not be shared with students or other staff. Schools wishing to provide access to several teachers or staff members should contact us at WeCare@WisdomHarbour.com or visit the Wisdom Harbour Educational Fund.
From the Wisdom Harbour Terms of Service, effective October 16, 2026.
More than one classroom
Three or more teachers? Let’s talk instead.
A Classroom Membership covers one teacher. When a grade level, a department or a whole school wants in, there’s a better arrangement than buying them one at a time — and often someone else to pay for it.
The Educational Fund
The Wisdom Harbour Educational Fund places memberships in schools that can’t cover them. Entire districts are already aboard this way.
Invoices and purchase orders
If your school pays by PO or needs an invoice rather than a card at checkout, say so and we’ll send one. Title funds and classroom grants cover this in most districts.
A school-wide arrangement
Several teachers at one school are handled as one account family, set up and billed together, with the classroom features on every teacher’s login.
Questions & answers
What teachers ask first
Do my students need their own accounts?
No — and they can’t have them. Wisdom Harbour has nothing student-facing and collects nothing about children. You sign in; the class watches with you.
What happens to my log if I don’t renew?
Access to the docks stops, but your classes and your log are kept exactly as they were. Come back later and last year’s record is still there.
Can I use it on my phone and the classroom computer?
Three devices at a time, which is the classroom computer, something at home and your phone. A fourth sign-in simply retires the oldest one.
I already have an Individual membership. Can I switch?
Yes. Email us and we’ll move you over and credit what’s left on your current term rather than charging you twice.
Is it billed monthly?
Annually — $87, charged on the day you join and again a year from that date. Buy in December and it renews in December, so it doesn’t follow the school calendar. Cancel whenever you like; there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee either way.
Can a substitute or a co-teacher use my login?
No — sign-in details stay with you. A co-teacher needs their own, which is exactly where a school-wide arrangement is the cheaper answer.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try it for a month of Mondays.
Show one piece a week for a month. If your room isn’t better for it, we’ll refund every penny.
