Andy answers a question from a mother whose own parents were not present for much of her life. She now has twin boys and wonders when the right time will be to tell them about her upbringing. Her main concern is that they not think she may one day leave them.

Tune in to hear Andy’s suggestion for a novel that deals with forgiveness—plus the amazing story of how that book brought a father and son together after not speaking to each other for more than a decade.

Andy talks about some of the Christmas traditions around the Andrews home—including “Christmas Adam,” last rounds for shopping, their Christmas Eve service, looking at lights, and more.

Andy works with a young couple who own a retail business.  They wonder what practices can be put into place that will maintain respect from their employees, while still developing friendships with them.

Andy helps a business owner prepare for an appointment with the CEO of a company that might possibly take his business to the next level. Andy discusses questions to ask in the meeting, the mindset to have, and topics to avoid. 

Our first question is from a freelance copywriter who is having trouble shutting out the distraction of writing fiction during the times he should be working. He wants to know if this is due to a distracting writing environment or if it’s because of a mental aspect that he hasn’t considered.

The second question is from Cindy Who in Whoville. (Andy doesn’t believe it’s her real name…) She loves to hand pick the perfect gift for family and friends, but lately, the chaos of being around hordes of pushy people has her heart feeling a little smaller this year. She wants to know what has happened to make people act this way.
